I am so deeply sorry, but you are on a site that is about true open licensed music.

Music that is open licensed and legal... You cannot promote a mashup including Janis Joplin or whatever artist that is registered to any right collection society that would ask for exclusive rights management.

I noticed you said this work is "fair use", but remember fair use is practically something that is hugely varying on a case by case basis.

I don't wish you to get in trouble, but anyway, this release is somewhat gray area.

There's actually chances that your post gets deleted by the forum's moderator.

Please do not get angry, but here is definitively not the place where this kind of thing is welcome... Perhaps some users will enjoy it, but I'm pretty much sure that most of them will simply ignore it.

Thanks for reading me and I hope that in the future you will come back here with releases that are truly free.

Furthermore, you can't put your mashup under a creative commons licence (as it is done on your archive.org page). You are misleading your listeners.

I'm not sure 'auditors' in English has the meaning you meant... Perhaps it should have been written 'listeners'... But to be true I am not sure.

And, publishing material for wich people do not own the rights, telling this is fair use, and also indicating that it is open-licensed is not a good thing, that's what I think.

Once again the lack of a working moderation system on Archive.org appears.
